PREPARATION OF THE HUILENSE ROAST


The meat is placed in a meat cooker, marinated. We make the marinade in the blender or a processor placing the previous ingredients, a beer, half a paprika, a head of garlic, onion stem, thyme and bay leaf, salt and pepper to taste, squeeze 6 oranges, blend the ingredients, when already we have it ready we put it to the meat. We refrigerate it for 24 hours to make it taste better, then drain the meat a little and roast it in the oven for about an hour or until it should not be so dry.
